Removing rivnut with bolt

A Biddon Rivnut has come loose, and i have searched on the internet for ways to remove the bolt with no success.

Usually to remove the rivnut you drill or file it off, has anbody cut of the biddon bolt or drilled through it?

Is this possible and recommendations on how to go about this?

Is there enough rim on the rivnut to get a pliers onto?

plenty of room (their is no biddon cage)...but it doesnt hold, already tried sidecutters as well. Havn't tried loctitite but my guess is that it would have even poorer results

I suppose you could try to drill it out but if it rotates with the bolt it will probably rotate with the drill bit also.

Carefully apply a drop of superglue to loose rivnut? Attempt to bond it back to frame long enough to get the bolt out? Maybe use the quick release skewer trick to tighten the rivnut afterwards?

drilled both the bolt and the Rivnut out today, all went really really well

I held the bolt and rivnut still with pliers while drilling
