Where to get internal hub repaired?

I have a Sachs 3 x 7 hub that I need a couple small parts for and need to have repaired. No shops around me (Los Angeles) repair internal hubs or have any parts. Does someone know where I can get this hub fixed? I think I have found a new Sachs 3 speed indicator chain (115 mm) but am not sure if it is will work with my 3 x 7 Torpedo hub. The other parts I need are the black plastic locator sleeve (goes on end of cable) and the long nut for the axle that the indicator chain enters through the end of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I have found out I can most likely change the lindicator chain myself so I don't need a shop to do the repair. Now I just need to find the parts.

The best resource for Sram/Sachs internal hubs, but with a horrible website:

I know Harris Cyclery is a big supplier of internally geared hubs but I don't know if they sell parts or service them.

thanks for help

Thanks for the help! I tried Harris and they did not have the parts, but Yellowjersey did have everything!!

I had spoken to SRAM and could not believe the response I got from their internal gear specialists. He said he "would strongly suggested I not use my 3 x 7 hubs any more." When I asked why, he said because "if he helped me get the parts I need, I would just try to fix it again the next time it needed something." I told him the hubs I have work perfectly, that I am just wanting to put this one back in service but the chain has a slight twist in it and I could use the long nut for the axle and locator sleeve too. He continued to try and sell me on the fact that they have come out with new products I should go with. At that point I told him I understand his wanting to sell me, but that I see no logic in throwing out perfectly good hubs (one has been in constant use on my commuter for years) and that I am not a mass consumer who likes to casually wastes the earths resources. Apparently, SRAM does not understand customer equity. I will continue to use these Sachs hubs because I love them, but will steer clear of SRAM products in the future. Any company that does not want to service its products when the products are made to last a lifetime is off my short list. I also read on another post that SRAM told someone else they would have to buy the entire $250 setup just to get a new shifter! What's with this company? I am going to send a letter to the President of SRAM.
