Hayes Solo hydraulic Refill
It seems that both my breaks are at the end of their stopping power, thus they must need to be refilled, I've never did this so I have no clue how to, also, the front one might of been my fault, I was curious about them lol but what causes them to empty?

A hydraulic system won't normally empty itself without a leak somewhere. Look at each of the components of the system, especially at the fittings, and check for the presence of hydro fluid residue. If you see any you need to fix that leak.
Assuming that you don't have any leaks, check the state of your pads and replace them if necessary. Be very careful to avoid contaminating them with fluid while putting the new ones in. While you're at it, use a clean rag and some alcohol to wipe down the disc rotors. After pads are checked/replaced, you can check the state of hydro fluid in the system. Easiest thing to do would be to loosen the brake master cylinder and rotate it so that you can take the cover off without spilling any fluid that's in there. If the master cylinder is empty you need to bleed the system. If it has some fluid in it you may be able to get away with just topping it off with DOT 3 or 4. Follow this link for directions on filling and bleeding your brake system. After that you should be good to go.
