I understand you want to remove a crank but you can not remove the bolt from the bottom bracket axle, because you rounded its corners. Is that correct?

I guess you rounded the bolt by using a wrong size socket wrench. If the bottom bracket is still in good shape and you are willing to dump the crank, grind or saw the crank with a hack saw, just alongside the bolt. Once you're through, you can remove the remaining part of that crank.

Once the crank is removed, turn the bolt with a grip vice.
