That frame looks very simular to the 'mystery' frame on the wet-weather bike I built ,I finished the frame in grey primer with the last coat a 50/50 mix of grey-primer & clearcoat. The head tube & lugs look to be a single unit on your frame ?? or is it just the photo ?
