Shimano derailleur adjustment (tiagra)

Hello everyone. Lately, I've been commuting to and from work and school. It would be nice if I learned how to give my bike a proper tune-up.

Does anybody know of a good "DIY" tune-up / derailleur adjustment video online? I learn best bike working with somebody, but I don't know anyone that knows how to properly tune a bike.

Any advice helps!

I like this one for the rear derailleur. I can't find the one I used to learn how to adjust the FD.

There is a whole series of videos on bicycle-repair, adjustments, so forth here:

https://bicycletutor.com/

Including derailleurs front & rear.

Check out the rest of the site, too. All free.

Bikes: Catrike 559 I own some others but they don't get ridden very much.

I'm a fan of parktool.com.

Almost all derailleur adjustments, assuming that it was ever right, can be made with cable tension. Since cables only "stretch", they never shrink, usually 1/4 to 1.2 turn CCW on a barrel adjuster will fix it.
