Calling Internal Hub Users : Clicking

I have a Swobo Otis with a SRAM i-Motion 3 hub. I just had it serviced because the shifting cable pulled right out of the hub (I must have tightened it too much).

It was in the shop for a while, so I can't remember if it behaved like this before - when in 3rd gear, there is an additional clicking that is louder than the freewheel clicking. It also clicks at around half the frequency of the freewheel click, and doesn't occur in gear 1 or 2. I tried adjusting the cable tension, but this hasn't helped much.

Does anyone else notice this clicking on their internal hub in a higher gear? Or do you know what could be the problem?

What you're describing is normal behavior for a Sram internal hub. Gear 3 should be ticking.
