Cheap Remote Lockout forks?

Hi All,

I just got a new 08 Fisher Zebrano after 20 years without a bike. Rides like a dream over the crappy roads we have around here - much more enjoyable than the Wingra I tried - very jarring. Problem is, when I really DO want to stand up and pedal hard, the suspension fork (RST Neon) sucks the life out of me - too bouncy. It has some "preload" control which seems to do nothing. Apparently there is a RST Neon RL (remote lock) which seems like the perfect solution - lock down from the handlebars when you are pumping hard and let it float the rest of the time. Problem is, I can't find anyplace that sells them. Does anyone know where I could get a cheap (meaning not significantly better in quality/price than the Neon) remote lockout fork (or even a manual lockout) which would fit my Zebrano?

Thanks much!
