Fastener for an old stem?

Boy golly jeepers my fleet has just been having a crapload of problems lately. No sooner do I get the creaky crank on my Cannondale fixed than the fastener on the stem of my fixie blows. Thankfully I haven't been bikeless yet since If those two are out of commision I still have the grocery getter and the MTB to fall back on. But I digress. Anyway on my revived old fixie I have an old Cinelli Quill stem. I really like the old stem for the most part. It's a bit flexy but I can live with it. The problem is that the fastener snapped. Seems after the creaky cranks I got a little torque happy when the handlebars started creaking. So is there a place I can get a new fastener? Are these relatively standard and replaceable? Am I stuck getting a new stem? The stem I speak of is old Cinelli circa 1978. Thanks for the help!
