Repair costs
Hi, I have a Haro Function F2 that I bought in April 03. I bought it from a bike shop in danvers, massachusetts. The brakes are completely shot, the front tire has recently become punctured and the chain is loose. I can't move the rear wheel backwards because the pegs are stuck. Anyway, how much will it run me to have this all fixed at the bike shop where I bought it? Should I take it somewhere else?

Assume brakes are replaced - about $30 for both brakes. Cable + housing + install x2 = $40-$60. Seized parts are going to be an unknown. Flat fix, $15.
Go call a real shop in your area, bring it in and ask for an estimate.
