short or long pull...

just a quick one.. I have center pull cantilever brakes and need to replace a brake lever. Whats new to me is short pull levers and long pull levers. Is it as simple as which is approriate for center pull cantilever brakes? If so, which one. Thanks, Lou

Short pull. Long pull is for most disc and full size V-brakes.

you'll need the short pull .
