Yup - you need a two-prong Suntour freewheel-remover. Park Tool makes the one you want - FR-2. Here is one place that has them:

But one warning: The 2-prong removers were apt to break (Suntour came out with 4-prong freewheels shortly after), so precautions are needed. Take the quick-release and put it through the remover on the hub. Tighten this down loosely to keep the tool in place as you torque it off with a large wrench. As soon as you feel it come free - remove the quick-release and continue spinning the freewheel off.
