pedal making clicking noise

Cannondale Bad Boy with
Shimano FC-M443, 26/36/48, black, Octalink Cranks and
Wellgo alloy cage pedals.

I hit the left pedal on a curb while riding on the street last week in tight traffic.
The pedals are made out of black plastic with an aluminum cage around it.
One of the screws holding the cage in place came lose and it started making a click kinda of noise when I push the left pedal. During standstill I can't reproduce the noise so it's hard to figure out where it's coming from.
Has anybody had similar issues before?
Any ideas on how to fix this?
