Alright, this clicking - riding out of the saddle is pissing me off!!

Ok, three weeks ago my bike was having some issues. While peddling, my Litespeed was making scraping and clicking noises. Took it to the shop, they take out the bb - nothing. Swap wheelsets and whopp the noise is gone. Find out its the rear hub that came loose? Problem solved...........well the constant noise is gone, during the peddling. However, now when Im standing in a hard climb......I get clicking  Whats going on now? The bike shop already thinks Im sorta nutzo.

Litespeed titanium frame? Have the LBS put some teflon tape on the BB threads.

This is the "click list":

bracket, pedals, chain ring, fork/steerer/head set/handle bars,
frame pump creaking on something, bottle cage, right crank hitting front derailleur,
crack in the frame.

I have a ti mtb and when I am in one of the bigger gears and poung it out of the saddle I have a similar problem. I think that what causes it is flex in the bb.

Its aluminum with carbon seat stays, Hyperion model. So far, I have greased the bar/clamp area, cleats are tight, the click happens with 3 different pairs of shoes - its not that. I do get some rub from the chain ring/front derailer/sometimes - flex maybe? This only happens, again in a powerful climb. Not seeing any cracks anywhere! I did wonder about the headset maybe, thats a lot of weight right on the bars in the climbs? Not that I have to have a silent bike, but when put under hard climbs, I would rather focus on something other than the clicking - and wondering each time if its getting worse.
