Stripped crank threading

Ok i wanted to replace a front chain ring. When i went to pull off the crank i ended up stripping the cranks threads (which has happened to me on 2 other bikes, very annoying). How can i change that chain ring? Can I still remove the whole bottom bracket?

My middle chain ring practically has no teeth left.

With most cranks you don't need top remove the arms to replace the rings.

What kind of crank do you have? 22.0mm x 1.0mm is the most common thread for the extractor threads. If they're not totally shot, a thread chaser might make them usable again.
