Campagnolo Ultra Torque BB Cups 11 spd Compatibility?

I'm replacing the original Campagnolo UT Chorus BB bearings with Campagnolo CULT 11S Super Record ceramic bearings. Also the original silver Chorus bearing cups are to be replaced with the black 11S Super Record cups. I purchased the cups from Wiggle.uk and in their description they stated - "Please note that Campagnolo makes only one type of Ultra Torque BB cups, these are compatible with all Campagnolo Ultra Torque chainsets. There are no Chorus or Centaur specific cup sets, just this Record quality set. If your crankset is one of the Ultra Torque models these are the cups you need". A Campagnolo paper in the cup package states - "Caution, Never use for Record cranksets in order not to damage the product." Also written along the perimeter of the cup is "for super record 11s only." Anyone have ideas or experience with the compatibility of the cups for a non Super Record application.

The only difference is the SR cups have no inner seal (and they are black in color). That's OK with CULT bearings, but not a good idea with any other bearings. Seals from other cups can be installed in the SR cups, if desired.

Thanks DaveSSS, Getting a reply from Campagnolo can take a long time if ever. Your knowledge is most helpful. Since I'm replacing the steel with the ceramic CULT bearing assemblies (bearings and Cronitect races) its now my understanding that the 11S cups will be OK. Thanks for your mention of using the seals from the other cups for anyone that may be using these cups with Campy steel or USB ceramic bearings.

You can call them. Everytime I've called them, there is someone to answer the phone. They are easy to deal with and give you the straight answer.
