Where to get replacement O rings

I need a replacement O ring for the non-drive side crankarm on my FSA Gossamer Road crankset (6000 series). I had a creak in the bottom bracket in took the crank arm off and found that the O ring was shredded. I tried emailing FSA but they did not respond. Any suggestions?

Chances are, it is a standard, industry o-ring size. I doubt FSA makes their own o-rings, but buys commercially available.

Assuming I'm correct, you'll need two bits of info:

o-ring material (probably not a big deal, since certain materials are more compatible with certain chemicals. I believe typically bicycle oils/greases are relatively benign.)

o-ring dimensions (cross sectional diam and outside or inside diameter)

Hopefully you can resurrect the shreaded one. O-rings are fairly common and can be found at the LHS (local hardware store) or LPS (local plumbing store), and not typically found at Lowes or Home Despot.

See this for a basic primer: https://www.mcmaster.com/#rubber-o-rings/=2w5zl8
