drop-in headset compatability etc?

hello,

i recently bought a used ParkPre Image Road frame (http://www.parkpreusa.com/framesets/imager.htm) and an Reynolds Ouzo Pro integrated fork. I don't know much about the frame and I can't find much info on it either. I took some measurement and pictures which i thought might help whoever tries to help me out. The headtube seems to have built in support for the headset's cups. also, the top and bottom big inner diameter are about 3.9cm and the smallest inner diameter is about 3.2cm.

I was looking to purchase a drop-in headset or something with minimal stacking and requiring few installation tools. My LBS quoted me $60 for the install and spacer which seemed exuberant.

Are there any such headsets that dont require a headset press to install? Also, any advantages/disadvantages in these type of headsets?

Also, the fork has an integrated crown race; will I have to remove it and replace it when i install the headset or is there anyway around it? I really dont want to remove the crown race since I would be dealing with carbon.

All help is much appreciated,
Thanks

There is no crown race on the fork.

Its most likely a Cane Creek or Campagnolo style integrated headset. The park tool page will give you dimensions or you can contact parkpre for the official word http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=68

my apologies, the measurements are wrong. the bearing bore diameter is around 41.5mm and the lower bearing depth is a tad bit less than 7mm which leads me to believe it is canecreek compatible since these measurements are almost identical to the integrated head-tube specs from their website. I have contacted cane creek since parkpre has not responded to my email in over a week.

anyways, is the canecreek is-8 headset hard to install/ require special tools or is it relatively easy and can be done by someone who researches the subject and reads the instructions? Would a press be needed or no?

Also, thank you for pointing out that the crown race is not in place; the fork said integrated so i figured the crown race was integrated.

Getting the crown race on is the hardest, but other than that, everything falls into place.
