Ceramic BB Grease?
I've got over 2000 miles on them and rode in the rain a couple of weeks ago. I think I need to re-grease my Ceramic BB. Has anyone done this before? What grease did you use?
FYI, my BB is a FSA K-Force Light.

Aside from greasing the threads on the shell prior to installing an external bottom-bracket, the general method is: If they are worn out - replace with new ones. If not, leave 'em be.
