Just a small caveat here: I advise against the Minoura folding dishing-tool. I had one. I used it for dishing a rear wheel. Then I tried to use it on another rear wheel. And it seized part-way opened. Nothing could get it move in either direction.

The Park Tool WAG-3 has been working fine for me now:

Ok...I wound up getting the Minoura Workman Pro at REI.

I finally have today off and,as luck would have it, needed to true up the rear wheel on the tourer. (loose spoke)
I have to admit it is SO much easier to true wheels on the stand instead of on the bike.

That being said...I found I had to use a light touch, working with the stand.
Once I got use to it, though, it worked like a champ. For the Occasional build and truing this one should be OK.
If I wind up building more than one or two wheels each year, I will definitely get the Park T-2 and sell this one.
