What would I have to change to make my 1 peice cranks 3 peice? I know I would have to buy 3 peice cranks. Any new parts like a chainwheel or anything? Also what tools would I need.

Actually, it's not too bad of a job, but it'll go much,much,much easier if you find someone experienced to walk you through it the first time.
