Where can I purchase an old fashion goose neck for my 1990 Cannondale? Old fashion but yet light weight aluminum?

Why do so many people call a quill stem a gooseneck? Not too many geese I've seen have a neck like that.

Do you already have specific handlebars ?? If so, make sure you get a compatible stem. They are not all the same diameter.
