Make sure the head tube is not ovalized. Check bottom bracket threads. Derailleur hanger not bent. Seat post clamp sound. All things that should have been done pre purchase.

I bought a frame online, which kind of dictated that I had to check it out AFTER I could actually see it in person

Unless it has been crashed or badly abused, most Litespeed frames are very strong. I have heard of riders that pulled the "bike on roof rack and drive into the garage" stunt with a Litespeed and the frame survived pretty much undamaged.
However, it would be worth taking the frame to an LBS or local frame maker for an alignment and threading integrity check before putting anymore money into it.

HillRider is right on. Litespeed is known for good bikes, and titanium is virtually bullet-proof material. Of course, if it's been crashed, all bets are off. A trip to a LBS that you know and trust to check the various points mentioned would be a GOOD idea.
