you'll have to do a few measurements for the answer to that.
ERD for DP-18 is 585mm and you use 12mm nipples.
now all you need to figure out are flange diameter and center to flange.

Assuming front hub:
r = 62.0 mm
c = 34
Assuming rear hub (double fixie):
r = 62.0 mm
c = 31.5 mm
Front = 276.40 @ 276.00 mm
Rear = 276.10 @ 276.00 mm
=8-)
Assumes 14g or 14g/15g/14g spokes w/ 10mm threads and 12mm nipples or w/ 12mm threads and 16 mm nipples.

16mm nipples will not work on 10mm threads in my calculation unless you verify the 16mm nipples actually allow 10mm threaded spokes all the way to the top of the nipple before assembling the wheel.

ERD for Weinman DP-18:
Short (Aiming at or just below nipple flat) = 578 mm
Long (Aiming at or just past the nipple flat) = 579 mm
