clicking noise

I have a '07 Felt F3. Yesterday I noticed a clicking noise when I stand up and go hard. I also heard it when I would alternate taking 1 hand off the handle bar riding any speed. It's 1 click on each pedal stroke and 1 when switching hands. I checked it over and did not see any frame damage. Hard to tell where it comes from when moving. Handling hasn't changed. Frame, fork, steerer and seat post all CF. Stem and handle bar Alum. Rol Volant wheels.

You're not going to get a magic answer to a noise problem. Isolation and overhauling and eliminating suspects (without prejudice) will get you close. You may get lucky.

Check out the Sheldon Brown site, that is an excellent run down of problems your experiencing. But do yourself a favor when doing this stuff...ALWAYS go for the easiest and cheapest fix FIRST then work to the next easiest and cheapest, don't assume it's something major and expensive right off the top.

Went out Sat am. No clicking. I am thinking that I may not have had the front wheel completely seated when I tightened the quick release. Got to thinking back, and the quick release was much tighter Thurs. after my ride than I normally tighten them.
