Replacing SRAM Rival barrel adjuster

My rear derailleur barrel adjuster broke and I need to replace it. By the looks of it all I need to do is loosen the cable, remove the old one, replace with new one. Are there any other parts I need to be aware of? I assume from there I can adjust the derailleur so it's shifting properly. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I think you got it, there may be a spring in the barel adjuster, chances are if there is one then it is still in the brake and you should be good. Easy fix, go for it.

They do not have springs in them.
