Get a set of rims custom built. You can get whatever hubs you want.

Alternatively if you can't find a wheelset prebuilt, then you can get any competent LBS to handbuild you your choice of deep v's onto your choice of hubs/spokes

The original Velomax Tempests had Deep-V rims. I have a pair and these things are bomb-proof. But yes, a Deep-V can be put on any hub, all you need is a wheelbuilder to do it. They come in all colors and hole patterns, even 18 hole like my Velomax.
