Cannondale six13 questions

Hi, I just picked up a 2006 six13 that has no seat collar. Does anyone know what size would
be needed and where I could get one?

Also, what is the clamp diameter for the front derailleur? I have a braze-on in the drawer do the
adapter clamps work well.

The answer is the same to both questions unless your seat tube has differing diameters at the seat clamp vs derailleur clamp areas. Measure the seat tube diameter would be the easy answer. Cannondale's website has no info?
