If I wanted to spray paint my own bike. Make it look professional with stencils and all that... What kind of paint do I need and any tips?

Search the forum, rattlecan paint has been discussed many times. Good luck as it is very difficult to get a quality durable finish with spray paint.

try appliance epoxy, that stuff is tough as nails. It does only come in white, black and beige though.
