Velocity Dyad - design changed?
 

I'm thinking of getting some NOS Dyad rims made for 2006. I also heard the bead seats were slightly small and affected how some tires seat, and that this problem is now corrected. Anyone got any info about these rumors?

Anyone had problems with these rims? They're the right width, drilling, weight, and price :D, I just wonder if there's a gotcha.

good question. i got some synergys in 2008 that were too small for schwalbes to mount. you can find more info about the situation in the touring forum.
