Does anyone know of a quick link for CAMPY 11 speed chain?
Hi Team.
Does anyone know of a quick link joiner for the new Campagnolo 11 speed chain? I have used Connex and KMC links before they are awesome. Being able to remove and clean the chain adds life to the whole drivetrain and keeps everything looking new. I haven't found an 11 speed specific one yet have you??? Cheers |

Licktons has the Forster superlink in an 11 speed model, but it cost $20 or half what I pay for a Chorus 11 chain.
I've sucessfully used the special KMC link made for the Campy 5.9mm chain and others have used the SRAM 10 powerloc sucessfully. Those two links are the narrowest across the inside of the outer plates. There's more side clearance than would be ideal, but it doesn't seem to be an issue. I tried a superlink model 4, but it clicked every time it went over the cogs. |
Thanks guys. I was thinking the same thing DaveSSS. Campy 10 speed is 5.9mm wide 11 speed is 5.4mm I think. What's 0.5mm between friends. **********? What is amusing is the total lack of interest Bike shops have in quick links. I guess they have to use their super expensive Campag chain fitting tools for something? I have used various brands of links for years on all sorts of chains without a single failure. The Connex link cannot possible come undone due to its unique design. I will take your advise and give a KMC "missing link"a crack with my new 11 speed groupo.
