Headset questions with IS-8 integrated and zero stack type.
I'm looking to buy a frame in which the manufacturer says it needs a zero stack headset. I have a great deal on a fork which comes with a IS-8 headset. In an attempt to save 50 bucks I want to know what exactly are the differences between these two types. What part of a head tube makes it "zero-stack" only? Any chance of using the IS-8 headset? Thanks!

NO chance of using the IS headset with a zero-stack frame. The zero stack frame will not have the 41mm head tube ID or a 45 degree seat for the IS bearing.
