What PSI for Schwalbe Marathon Dureme

Hey Guys,
Just received the Schwalbe Marathon Dureme's in 26x2.00

https://www.schwalbetires.com/marathon_dureme

As you can see, they are rated from 30-70 PSI.

What pressure would be recommended for mainly dry surface / pavement / touring rides?

Your choice really. For bad roads and maximum comfort inflate to the low end of the range. For heavier loads and less rolling resistance go higher. Try the various pressures to see what YOU like.

On my Big Dummy I am running 2" wide Marathon Plus Tour tires at 45 PSI front and 55 rear. Many people like the plush ride of Schwalbe Big Apple tires at the low end of the pressure range you list, 30 to 35 PSI.
