Hi All,

Need to help my neighbor work on her bike. Will a new Shimano STI cable and housing fit on a 7 speed RSX STI lever?

Shimano hasn't changed their brake or shift cables and housing since STI was introduced so, yes, current shift and brake cables and housing will fit older RSX brifters.
