What length spokes will I need to lace a 28H Chris King Classic non-disc 135mm rear mountain hub to a 1-st gen. Mavic Crossmax 28H V-brake rim?

you'll have to measure yourself.

it's pretty simple.
measure the dimensions of the rim and hub and plug it into a spoke length calculator, then round down.

I recommend spocalc off the sheldon website.
