I hope you are kidding. If you don't know how Bottom Bracket or BB bearing set diameter/threading is measured, what to call it, or that you need to be concerned about more than the diameter you should not be overhauling it. You have a vintage English threaded frame - they are all the same diameter/threading, but you need to be concerned about compatibilty of the spindle with your frame and chainline. Check Sheldon's site or Park tool before you go further. Here is no place to go into reinventing the wheel (pun intended).

Shimano BB-UN54 square tapered ISO/English thread, 68 mm width $24.95
Specify spindle length: 107, 110, 113, 115, 118, 122.5, 127.5 mm
This style fits almost all frames not made in France or Italy. Spindle taper is J.I.S.

omg just tried reading about chainlines and its the most confusing thing ive ever read.. about sprockets and axles and spacings and mm and hubs
