Old Look and Dura Ace clipless question

I have a set of older Look pedals (not Keo) and Dura Ace. My current cleats fit these both perfectly. They are like this:
https://www.amazon.com/LOOK-DELTA-REP.../dp/B001KFV2LA

What I would like to do is switch to these Shimano cleats:
https://www.rei.com/product/700073

I can't see a problem here folks. Anyone else doing this? Thanks.

I can't view the second image because I don't have an account at roadbikereview. Please post something more accessible.

I have dura-ace 7401 pedals and I use look delta. I didn't found anything else that fits without some barbaric modifications. But Look delta are very decent.

I think you'll be OK. Shimano made their pedals under licence from LOOK.

I was aware of this. There were slight differences, but essentially the same pedal. I was hoping someone who tried it might respond if there were any issues. Thanks.

The second link are SPD-SL cleats, they are not compatible with Look (or the older Shimano) pedals

No! they don't fit, that is shimano SL, it's longer than look delta. As i said I have shimano Dura-Ace PD-7401 with look delta cleats, those pedals are look patented, it's from the times when shimano didn't had their own standard for road cleats.

For these pedals pd-7401 it works look delta, and it does not work spd-sl, and do not work look keo.

The Dura-Ace 7401 pedal was actually made in France by Look so it's no surprise the Look cleat works:

I have a pair of old Look pedals that look almost exactly like that.

they all look the same since it's for the same cleats, and if Delta cleats match, that rules out the keo and the spd-sl because these are actually longer than the delta. So it's very clear, if now you have some pedals that work with look delta, then it will not work wit spd-sl or keo
