Two worn 105 cogs: which replacements?

Just changed my chain because I figured it might need it, even though I measured no wear (1700 miles, all-weather since September). Turns out, my 13t and 14t (2nd and 3rd gears) cogs are worn, and the chain skips badly when I stand to pedal. I like to spin a high cadence, so I use these with the small chainring. I used to use them a lot, so I'm not very surprised they are worn.

What is the best option for replacing these gears? I searched for replacement cogs, but I'm unaware what difficulties there might be. I do have all the tools, and know how to do it, but I'm trying to be cost-effective. These seem to be the only gears affected.

It is a 10 spd 105 cassette.

For example: I could get two Miche 10spd cogs for $12, which would work. How good of a product are they, and do they work well?
