Finding replacement hub parts.
I'm overhauling a bike for a friend. I'm ashamed to admit its a full suspension magna of an unknown year.
The rear wheel axle is bent, and I was wondering where I might find a replacement. The hub itself is a no-name unit that wears a 7 speed freewheel.
Thanks everyone.

Agreed - not worth ordering a single part. But if you don't know where to find an axle or know what you need you should first check the Park Tool Site and Sheldonbrown.com to learn more about hub overhaul. Riding on a bent axle can cause other damage to the hub. In addition to what's mentioned on thoses sites look for uneven wear on the bearing track on both cone and hub. What axle to get? Just measure length and diameter and take in a cone to make sure you have the right thread. See Sheldon's site for more about hub axles.
