headset wrench size

Hello, I have a headset wrench that has 30/32/36/40mm on it. My old 80's trek 410 threaded headset is in between the 32 & 36. I used my calipers and they measured 32.5mm. This seems to be some weird size. As far as I could tell, Park Tool nor Nashbar sell anything for this size. Do I have some weird english headset? And if I can finally find the correct wrench, do I need 2 of them to tighten the headset correctly (like you do for hub cones)?

THanks,
Mike
