Torque Wrench
 
hey,
what kind of torque wrench should i use inch pounds or foot pounds and what seting should it be at for a track bike.
let me know

You would want a relatively small wrench, so you would want inch-pounds. You could check the torque specs of various fasteners on your bike and pick a wrench with a range covering these. You don't want a wrench with a lower limit that is too close to the lowest of your fasteners. I'm always suspicious that some tools would not be accurate at the bottom of their range. I know that I've used some that weren't.

Um, without knowing what you want to torque it's impossible to recommend a torque wrench. Torque wrenches come in many different torque ranges. Typically, one that can be used to torque a stem can't be used to torque a bottom bracket. What exactly do you hope to do with this torque wrench? If you want to do everything, you'll need at least two torque wrenches.
