Which spoke wrench size should I buy?

I have a GMC denali 700c Road bike medium size.

the wheels are not straight and wobbles and I need to buy a spoke wrench, which size should I get?

the red one if you go by park tool's color convention

Are you sure you want to try truing the wheel yourself? Without a truing stand?

Easy if you folow Sheldon Brown or Park Tool instructions, and dont hurry. However if the wheel is out of true because of a hit on pothole or curb, you may never be able to get it true. Then use this wheel for practice and buy another one. The original wheel was probably seriously under tensioned, so when you get it reasonably true, take it to a bike shop and ask them to measure the spoke tension, which should be around 100 kg. If you buy a new wheel, get the shop to measure the tension before you take it home.

flip the bike upside down with the seat and the handles on the ground and use the brakes as the measuring device

That may not get you the precision necessary, but it's valid to take out large lateral errors, keeping dish may also be a problem.
