bottom bracket question

I am planning to replace the frame on my commuter with a new Nashbar touring frame. My current rear hub is a Shimano Nexus 7 and the crank is Shimano Deore square taper tandem captain's crank reversed (the pedal threads were heli-coiled to be the proper orientation). Can I calculate the proper bottom bracket sizing from this information?

Thanks as always.

Read the model # off the crankarms. The relevant shimano techdoc gives you all the info you need BB wise.
