STI rear/friction front -- Brake lever suggestions

I'm considering finally getting upgrading to STI shifting for the rear of my touring bike. I would like to continue using a barcon for my front shifting across a triple crankset. Can anyone suggest a brake lever that would have a similar shape to an STI lever? I'm guessing Tektro/Cane Creek would be the closest.

Use the matching STI lever but with no shift cable.

If you buy the complete set of brifters, this is obviously the way to get an exact match.

If you only buy the right brifter, Tektro's R200 levers are a near match for Campy's current Ergo brifters and are very comfortable. They won't match STI hoods but feel good anyway and unless you are overly concerned about appearance, are a good way to go.

I wonder which is more cost effective, buying a matching set or buying a right STI and a Tektro R200.

Depends on whether you can find a single right side STI and from what group. The Tektros are less than $25/pair.
