I was getting ready to replace the seat on my road bike, and somebody gave me this saddle which they've had in storage for years.

It's a Serfas "Dual Density Tailbones saddle". I couldn't find anything meaningful on it on-line, and I don't think it's a current production item.

It doesn't have the midline cut-out that I've seen on male-directed saddles.

Anybody have any experience with this saddle?

They're a cheap, heavily-padded, lycra-covered comfort saddle that best suits a recreational mountain bike or cruiser. Riding one is like sitting on a bag of Jello. The lycra cover tends to tear and soak up water too, so don't leave it out or expect to ride it in the rain.
I wouldn't use it on a road bike. Too wide to properly straddle over, and too heavy.

At least it was cheap. Saddles are highly individual and what works for one doesn't
carry through to another so inquiries are a conversation with yourself. The type
of riding you do will have a bearing, saddles that are fine for 20-40 miles may be
obnoxious by 60-80 miles. Also type of shorts has a bearing as well, not as much
as saddle but some. I don't recall any problems with Cinelli saddles when I was
in my 30s out to 100+ miles but a ride 3 years ago was intolerable after 20 miles
with the same saddle. I tossed out 6-7 saddles left over from the '70s and '80s.

agree that this very likely ain't the saddle for road riding, but depends on how you use your road bike (and how you sit on it)
