Squeak from rear of the bike

Hi, I have a Trek 2.3 with Shimano 105 components. Today I was riding a descent at about 22 mph, not pedaling. When I reached the bottom of the hill I began pedaling again and noticed an intermittent squeaking/creaking coming from the rear of my bike. It didn't matter how quickly I was pedaling and it didn't squeak with any kind of rhythm. I'm confused as to what this could be, as I didn't hit any major bumps, and the rear wheel didn't squeak/creak when I was in my shop afterwards spinning it by hand.
