Mounting dual pivot brakes on carbon frame- torque
Hello- I'm building a bike and was questioning how much torque I should apply when mounting the brakes to a carbon frame- specifically the rear one. I'm used to working with Ti and steel BTW. In the past I've had LBS mount the brake on my carbon fork but it always seemed incredibly loose. When asked the guy told me they don't feel comfortable making it real tight for fear of damaging the carbon? There should be metal mounts in the frame to hold the brakes right?
I've googled for answers and found nothing relevant.
Obviously I do not want to damage the frame by making a stupid mistake with the brakes. I won't tighten them until I know.
Thanks...

Frames have their own torque spec. Same with forks. If frame cracks before the brake is secured, you're doing something wrong.
