Installing 2nd Set of Brake Levers

I have ordered a pair of brake levers to be installed on top of my drop handlebars "in-line" with my existing brake levers. Can anyone direct me to instructions on how to install these or provide directions and/or tips? I'm expecting the job isn't too difficult but could use some help. Thanks!!

The difficulty would depend on whether the clamp is hinged or not.
Hinged levers are MUCH easier.

Here's some instructions on installing non-hinged ones.
