What? A Ti axle for a 7 speed cassette? First off, we need to know what kind of hub your running. The type of cassette makes no difference. Why in the world do you need this in the first place? Just curuious. It's like asking for spinners for your Datsun.......But any way, I'm here to get you an answer, not just f with you. What hub do you have, what year and what spacing?
