I'd find a new bike shop.

Had to take the bike back again for shifting problems, but went to a different shop this time (same chain, diff't location).

The repair guy looked at the shifting & couldn't believe how poorly it was set up. He couldn't understand how it ever shifted in the first place. He ended up taking the entire bike apart & just started over from scratch.

He also replaced my shifter housing which had cracked with the housing from a dif't bike they had in stock.

He also had to dish the rear wheel because it was crooked too.

And he installed a rear fender I bought for no charge.

They spent about 3 hours on it, and when I rode it last night everything seems to be working.

So I think that's pretty cool that they did all that work. I don't know if the Mfr messed the bike up, or if the store it got shipped too messed it up, but somebody definitely messed it up before I bought it.

Anyway it's all good now !!!
